Form – Igranje uloga – argumentacija

An optional shared grading form, shown only if "Igra uloga – argumentacija" was checked when the assessment was set up. All candidates are graded in one table across 7 categories with 16 sub-criteria, on a 0–3 scale with one decimal. When argumentacija is disabled, the results page copies the prvi kontakt grades and the form is always Nije zaključeno.

Igranje uloga – argumentacija is a shared activity: all candidates are graded in the same form. It is opened with “Otvori” under Zajedničke aktivnosti on the assessment detail page. It is available to both Trainer and Assessment evaluator.

Title: “Igra uloga - argumentacija”. Subtitle: the assessment name.

Optional form

This is the only form the trainer can turn on or off, with the “Igra uloga – argumentacija” checkbox under Aktivnosti when the assessment is created or edited.

• Checked – the form is shown under Zajedničke aktivnosti on the assessment detail page and is filled in like the other grading forms.
• Not checked – the form is not shown on the assessment detail page. On the results page, the Igra uloga – argumentacija row is still shown, with the values copied from Igra uloga – prvi kontakt.
• If the trainer unchecks argumentacija while the assessment is in progress, the data already entered in this form is lost.

Grading table

Candidates are columns. Grey rows are categories (read-only averages) and white rows are sub-criteria (inputs, 0–3, one decimal).

• Kandidat koristi informacije prikupljene kroz prvi kontakt.

• Kandidat koristi informaciju na način da ih koristi za rješavanje primjedbi.

Društvenost / Empatija

• Kandidat kroz razgovor održava pozitivan i blizak odnos s kupcem.
• Kandidat pokazuje interes i razumijevanje za situaciju kupca.

Vještina govora i izražavanja

• Kandidat vodi komunikaciju kao dijalog (ne monolog).
• Kandidat govori jezikom koji je razumljiv za kupca (prilagođava se kupcu).

Posvećenost / samo-motiviranost

• Kandidat pokazuje motiviranost za temu “Automobili”.

Tehnika i sposobnost

• Kandidat zna kako prezentirati vozilo na koristan način.
• Kandidat posjeduje osnovno znanje iz tehnike automobila.
• Kandidat dobro poznaje Škoda proizvode.

Pripreme i razgovor za ocjenjivanje

• Kandidat je u stanju jasno formulirati ciljeve-zadatke.
• Kandidat se drži zadane teme i ne luta.
• Kandidat prihvaća kritike.

POGODNOST – the average of the category rows for each candidate. It is used as the Igra uloga – argumentacija grade on the results page.

The grading scale is shown at the bottom of the form.

Status of the form

• Enabled – the form is Zaključeno for the current board member when, for every candidate, every category has at least one sub-criterion filled in. Otherwise it is Nije zaključeno.
• Not enabled – the form is always Nije zaključeno.
