Form – Grupna diskusija

A shared grading form in which all candidates are graded in one table (candidates × criteria) across 5 categories with 12 sub-criteria, on a 0–3 scale with one decimal. Category averages and POGODNOST are calculated automatically. Per-candidate Bilješke notes feed the Grupna diskusija – Bilješke page. The form is Zaključeno when every category has at least one grade for every candidate.

Grupna diskusija is a shared activity: all candidates are evaluated at the same time, in the same form. It is opened with “Otvori” under Zajedničke aktivnosti on the assessment detail page. It is available to both Trainer and Assessment evaluator.

Grading table

Candidates are columns. Grey rows are categories (read-only averages) and white rows are sub-criteria (inputs, 0–3, one decimal).

• Kandidat dozvoljava ostalim učesnicima da dovrše svoje misli i nije dominantan.
• Kandidat održava kontakt očima s drugim učesnicima.

Sposobnost uvjeravanja / Upornost

• Kandidat zauzima jasan stav pomoću jasnih izjava.
• Kandidat daje razložne i razumljive argumente za njegov stav i viđenje.

Posvećenost / samo-motiviranost

• Kandidat pokazuje angažiranost i entuzijazam u diskusiji.
• Kandidat iskazuje pozitivan stav u odnosu na temu diskusije.

POGODNOST – the average of the category rows for each candidate. It is used as the Grupna diskusija grade on the results page.

Bilješke

Below the grading table, the Bilješke section has one free-text field per candidate (column header: the candidate’s name, placeholder “Bilješke…”). The field is optional and does not affect the form status.

These notes are shown to the trainer on the Grupna diskusija – Bilješke page.

The grading scale is shown at the bottom of the form.

Status of the form

The form is Zaključeno for the current board member when, for every candidate, every category has at least one sub-criterion filled in (so every grey row has a value). Otherwise it is Nije zaključeno.
