Assessments

Assessments are part of the "Assessment i školovanje" section of the app. They digitalize the interview phase for choosing a new "Prodajni savjetnik" (sales consultant) – board members grade candidates directly in the app and the trainer gets an automatically calculated overview of results.

Assessments are part of the “Assessment i školovanje” section of the app (side menu: Assessment i školovanja → Assessments).

An assessment is held to choose a new candidate for the position “Prodajni savjetnik”. Candidates are sent to the assessment by a partner (e.g. Auto Zubak).

• Typically 3 or more people take part in an assessment as board members (komisija).
• Between 1 and 5 candidates take part. They are assessed both as a group and individually.
• The trainer decides which candidate is the best for the position.
• One assessment can cover several brands at the same time. The process is the same.

The goal is a digital flow for the interview phase that saves time on grading and on the final assessment. All board members need access to the application, because some forms are filled out directly in the app.

Roles

There are two roles in Assessments. A user can have only one role at a time. Roles are assigned in user management.

Trainer

• Sees all assessments, BTC školovanje and BTC certificiranje without restrictions.
• Can create, edit and delete assessments.
• Can be added to the komisija of an assessment.
• Sees everything on the assessment detail page: the aggregated notes pages and the Strukturirani intervju – bilješke form.

Assessment evaluator

• Has access to the Assessments part of the app, but cannot create, edit or delete assessments.
• Sees only the assessments they are added to as a board member.
• Can be added to the komisija of an assessment.
• On the assessment detail page they do not see:
  • Grupna diskusija – Bilješke
  • Predstavljanje kandidata – Bilješke
  • the Strukturirani intervju – bilješke form

Activities

Every assessment has the same fixed set of activities. They are created automatically when the assessment is created and cannot be added or removed manually.

Zajedničke aktivnosti (once per assessment, all candidates in one form):

• Grupna diskusija
• Igranje uloga – prvi kontakt
• Igranje uloga – argumentacija (only if enabled when the assessment is set up)

Aktivnosti po kandidatu (one form per candidate):

• Predstavljanje kandidata
• Strukturirani intervju – bilješke (trainer only)
• Strukturirani intervju – ocijene

Grading scale (Pogodnost)

All graded assessment forms use the same scale, which is shown at the bottom of each form and on the results page:

• 0 = Nepogodan
• 1 = Ne, sa rezervom
• 2 = Da, sa rezervom
• 3 = Da

Data retention

Data is kept for 2 years. Deleting an assessment only hides it in the app; its data (candidates, komisija, grades, notes) stays in the database for the retention period. The same rule applies to BTC školovanje and BTC certificiranje.
